The rest of payment is made in cash at the moment
of signature of the contract.

The apartments are rented by a minimum lapse of
seven days.

Damage Deposit - The renter will have to leave
a deposit in cash equivalent to: a) If the stay is longer than a month:
The equivalent for a month of rent. b) If the stay is a month: The
equivalent for 2 weeks of rent. c) If the stay is between 2 weeks
and a month: The equivalent for 2 weeks of rent. d) If the stay is
the same or less than 2 weeks: The equivalent for 1 week of rent.

To the arrival we receives you in the apartment
to do the delivery to him of the same one, to sign the contract and
the inventory.

When the contract finalizes we will go to the
apartment that will be given in the same conditions in which it was
received by the client.

If the client will be damages he will pay such according
to the cost of reposition or reparation.
